PER CURIAM.

This is a Petition For Writ of Prohibition. In light of the trial court order dated September 2, 1987, nunc pro tunc August 14, 1987, determining that petitioner was entitled to discharge due to a violation of his rights to a speedy trial, the petition is granted and the cause remanded with in[308]*308structions to immediately release petitioner from custody.

PETITION GRANTED.
