Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellant Robert Preston Swyers challenges the trial court’s order summarily denying his motion for postconviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Upon consideration of this motion, and after review of the record documenting the trial court’s disposition of appellant’s previous motion for postconviction relief, we affirm the trial court’s summary denial.
