To prevent tbe circuit judge for tbe County of Wayne from reviewing, by certiorari, a conviction in tbe [Recorder’s Court of tbe City of Detroit, for the violation of a city ordinance.

Denied January 20, 1887.

Held, that the Recorder’s Court of the City of Detroit is an inferior court, within the constitutional provision.
