Opinion
This case was consolidated, both in the District Court and in this Court of Appeal, with the case entitled Swift & Company v. Brown, 132 So.2d 508.
For the reasons set forth in our opinion in said companion case, the judgment appealed from in the instant case is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the plaintiff.
Affirmed.
