Opinions

PER CURIAM.

We have examined the record, have read the briefs and heard oral argument. There is sufficient evidence to sustain the Chancellor’s findings, and appellant has failed clearly to demonstrate error. Accordingly, the decree appealed from is affirmed.

RAWLS, C. J., and SACK, J., concur. JOHNSON, J., dissents.
