Opinion

COVINGTON, Judge.

John Lewis Swanson seeks review of the order summarily denying his motion to [324]*324correct illegal sentence. The claim that he brings is more appropriately presented in a motion to withdraw plea filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Accordingly, we affirm without prejudice to any right he may have to file such a motion.

Affirmed.
