Opinion

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County (Dandrea L. Ruhlmann, J.), entered August 23, 2005 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6. The order, among other things, transferred the primary physical residency of one of the children to petitioner.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs. Present—Gorski, J.P, Martoche, Green and Hayes, JJ.
