Opinion
Judgment was entered in the Supreme Court,
— The subjects of the exceptions taken in this case have commanded our attention, and we are of opinion that nothing more is needed to be said in regard to them than that which has been said by the learned judge in his charge to the jury. The judgment is therefore affirmed for the reasons therein stated.
Judgment affirmed.
