Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellants’ suit for rescission of contracts to purchase certain parcels of land resulted in a final judgment in favor of the defendants. Having reviewed the record and the briefs we are of the view that the judgment should be affirmed upon the authority of Smith v. Home Seekers’ Realty Co., 1929, 97 Fla. 236, 122 So. 708, 67 A.L.R. 807.

WALDEN, C. J., and McCAIN and OWEN, JJ., concur.
