HELD BY THE COURT:

That nothing is shown in the ease preventing the libellants from arresting the defendant in this suit, if he was virtually at the same time in custody of his bail on another civil action, such bail having voluntarily relinquished all claim to his detention. Motion therefore denied, without costs.
