Opinion

In an action to recover damages for the death of plaintiff’s intestate, who died as the result of a fall down a stairway, the plaintiff recovered a verdict upon which judgment for plaintiff was entered, and from which the defendants appeal. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. (Sullivan V. Central Hanover Banh & Trust Co., 294 N. Y. 497.) Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Aldrich, JJ.
