Opinion

In an action by a judgment creditor to set aside certain transfers of property as fraudulent, etc., judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiff, after trial by the court without a jury. Defendants appeal. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ.
