PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED. See Aluia v. Dyck-0'Neal, Inc. , 205 So.3d 768, 775 (Fla. 2d DCA 2016) ("A plaintiff seeking a deficiency must establish '1) entry of final judgment of foreclosure; 2) sale of the foreclosed property pursuant to the judgment; [and] 3) issuance of a certificate of title for the property.' " (quoting Frohman v. Bar-Or , 660 So.2d 633, 636 (Fla. 1995) ).
