Order denying motion by defendants, under rule 106 of the Rules of Civil Practice, to dismiss the complaint on the ground that it does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action; for other relief, made under rule 107, or for alternative relief, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, with leave to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Lewis, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Aldrich, JJ., concur.
