Granted in part. The ex parte stay order is vacated and set aside. The trial court can control further proceedings, including authorization of the proposed sale of succession property and the disposition of the proceeds thereof if authorized, by exercising discretion as matters are filed and presented for decision in accordance with [911]*911the Code of Civil Procedure articles governing the administration of successions. Otherwise, denied.
