GUIDRY, Chief Judge.

For the reasons assigned in Succession of Woodrow Wilson Melton (La.App. 3rd Cir.1994); 649 So.2d 759, the judgment of the trial court is reversed in part, affirmed in part and remanded for further proceedings consistent with that opinion.
