The judgment of the Court of Appeal is reversed and vacated for the reasons assigned by the dissenting judge of the Court of Appeal, Succession of Helen Smith Fuller, 480 So.2d 754, 759 (La.App.2d cir. 1985) (Hall, C.J. dissenting, and the judgment of the district court is fully reinstated and affirmed.
