For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Succession of Brian (Brien) K. Belt, 98-681 (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/7/98) 719 So.2d 733, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of the appeal are assessed to the plaintiff-appellant.

AFFIRMED.
