Supreme Court of Louisiana.
Denied. The result is correct.
DIXON, C.J., would grant.
The prescription against an action for nullity (as well as the prescription against attorney malpractice) could not begin to run until the client had reason to doubt the accuracy of her attorney's advice.
CALOGERO and DENNIS, JJ., would grant the writ.
