Opinion
As appellants’ action against appellee Travelers Indemnity Company was premature, § 627.7262, Fla.Stat. (1987); Universal Security Ins. Co. v. Spreadbury, 524 So.2d 1167, 1168 (Fla. 2d DCA 1988), the trial court’s order dismissing the action against Travelers without prejudice is affirmed.
Affirmed.
