Opinion
Rodolfo Suarez appeals an order denying his motion to correct his sentences. The State concedes that there is a discrepancy between the credit for time served, as reflected on the court’s docket sheet, and the credit actually appearing on the sentencing order. We reverse the order under review and remand for a hearing to ascertain the correct amount of credit for time served.
Reversed and remanded.
