The question presented on this appeal was before this court on the appeal from the order continuing the injunction (58 App. Div. 242), and for the reasons there stated the judgment appealed from is affirmed, with costs. Present—Van Brunt, P. J., O’Brien, Ingraham, McLaughlin and Hatch, JJ.
