PER CURIAM.

Upon appellee’s confession of error, the final order is reversed and the cause is remanded for further proceedings. See Resort Sales Int’l, Inc. v. Florida Dep’t of Bus. & Profl Regulation, 795 So.2d 1040 (Fla. 1st DCA2001).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
