I wish to call attention to Note, Exclusivity of Appraisal — The Possibility of Extinguishing Shareholder Claims, 42 Case W Res L Rev 955 (1992), which was not published when my separate opinion in Stringer v. Car Data Systems, Inc., 314 Or 576, 591, 841 P2d 1183 (1992) (Unis, J., concurring in part, dissenting in part, with Fadeley, J., joining), was issued.
