ON RETURN TO REMAND

TAYLOR, Presiding Judge.

Upon remand, the Circuit Court for Montgomery County conducted a sentencing hearing in compliance with our order. The court sentenced appellant Stout to 15 years’ imprisonment. This case is now due to be affirmed.

OPINION EXTENDED; AFFIRMED.
