By the Chancellor.

So far as this bill purports to be % bill of interpleader, the plaintiff may file it, if he pleases $ . , T , . . , _ ,, but 1 cannot grant the injunction, as the act of assembly amply provides upon this subject for the Sheriff, who is not: bound to act unless he is indemnified.

Motion for an injunction denied.
