In an action for specific performance of a contract to sell real property the appeal is from an order denying a motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldock, Ughetta and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
