Order modified by requiring plaintiff to give an additional bond in the sum of $500 to pay any judgment which may be obtained against her for rent for the term of the hiring, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. Mo opinion. Present — Ingraham, P. J., McLaughlin, Laughlin, Scott and Dowling, JJ.; Scott, J., dissented, and voted for reversal. Order to be settled on notice.
