This Cause coming on this Day to be heard pursuant to an Order of this Court dated the first Day of this Instant March, Mr. Grindley as Counsel for the Complainant opened the Nature of the Complainant’s Bill, and Mr. Parsons having opened the several Answers of the Defendants, the Court after hearing Counsel, on Behalf of said Complainant did order that the Defendant’s Counsel should reply on Tuesday next.
