Opinion

By The Court.

We think the Register’s Court did right. It appears, that the deceased left no children, but a [202]*202mother and a sister of the half-blood, the wife of Adam Stoever jun. In that case, the mother was next of kin, and exclusively entitled to the administration. The Register’s Court had a fight to revoke the first letters and direct to whom the new ones should issue.

Decree affirmed.
