Opinion

Per Curiam,

We find nothing in either of the specifications of error that [217]*217requires special consideration. The rulings of the learned trial judge, including his construction of the bond in suit, are substantially correct. There is nothing in either of them that would justify a reversal of the judgment.

Judgment affirmed.
