The Pit. offered in [B38]*B38Evidence the record of a Judgment in an Action brought against him when Sherif for an Escape in which it was found by the Jury that the Prison was insufficient And allowed by all the Court except Grymes who thought it should be only admitted to prove the damages the Sherif had sustained but not the insufficiency of the Prison —
