ORDER DENYING STAY

A Motion for Stay of Judgment pending Appeal was filed on February 2, 2012, following a denial of a Motion for Stay in the Tribal Trial Court.

Appellants Del and Kaydel Stiles are not parties in Cause No. Fll-09-171. Therefore, the Motion for Stay is denied.
