Opinion

In an action to recover damages for breach of contract arising out of the seller’s failure to make deliveries of lumber as required by the contract, defendant appeals from a judgment, entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of plaintiff, for $9,463.50. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Rolan, P. J., Wenzel, MacCrate, Schmidt and Ughetta, JJ.
