Opinion

PER CURIAM:

Gregory Stiens appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission ("Commission") affirming the Appeal Tribunal's determination that he was disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits based on his discharge for misconduct connected with work. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The decision is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
