The evidence clearly supports the determination of the [976]*976Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, which determination should be confirmed. Determination of the Commissioner unanimously confirmed, without costs. Present — Hill, P. J., Crapser, Bliss, Heffernan and Schenck, JJ.
