Opinion
On consideration of the “Petition for Temporary and Permanent Injunction and/or Other Relief” filed in the above-entitled action, it appearing that no charges alleging violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice have been filed, or are contemplated, against the petitioner, it is, by the Court, this 3d day of March 1972,
ORDERED:
That said Petition be, and the same hereby is, dismissed.
