Opinion

In an action for a separation, in which final judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiff wife, awarding her alimony at the rate of twelve dollars weekly, order denying defendant’s motion to modify the judgment of separation so as to reduce the said alimony from twelve dollars weekly to five dollars weekly affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Hagarty, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
