Opinion

REID, Judge.

This case was consolidated with Number 6038 entitled Womack, Jr. v. Sternberg, La.App., 162 So.2d 119. The facts and questions were decided and fully discussed in the companion suit. The District Judge rendered judgment in favor of the defend-. ant Floyd W. Womack, Jr. and against plaintiff Manfred Sternberg, dismissing the action at plaintiff’s cost.

For the reasons assigned in Number 6038 the judgment of the District Court in this matter is affirmed.

Affirmed.
