This case was beard in tbe court below and argued bere on appeal witb tbe case of Supervisors of Manchester Township v. Wayne County, in which tbe opinion has, just been banded down, affirming tbe judgment appealed from. Tbe facts are tbe same in both cases and tbe question raised is tbe same in each. It follows that like disposition is to be made of this.

Tbe assignments are overruled and tbe judgment is affirmed.
