Opinion

In an action inter alia to compel liquidation of a partnership, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 11, 1975, which denied her motion, inter alia, for appointment of a receiver. Order affirmed, without costs. Special Term properly denied the motion in view of the prior determination in this action by Mr. Justice Pantano made April 11, 1975. Rabin, Acting P. J., Hopkins, Christ, Munder and Shapiro, JJ., concur.
