It is doubtful if the record presents any question requiring a consideration of the act to regulate interstate com[495]*495merce, but conceding- that it does, our views bave been presented and tbe principles controlling tbe decision of tbe contentions of tbe defendant bave been declared in Mule Co. v. R. R., ante, 215. There are two cases by that title at this term, and tbe one referred to is tbe one in which tbe interstate commerce act is discussed.

We find no error.
