-The report of the referees ought to have been in writing, and entered at large on the justice’s docket. The proceeding resembles as much a trial by a jury of three men as a reference. These short notes of proceedings in justices courts, are very uncertain and Besides, here is no judgment entered. The proceedings must be declared void.
