Requisition of vessels; just compensation.

On a stipulation by the parties agreeing to settlement and consenting to judgment, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $897,669.05, such judgment including compensation for delay in payment computed to and including December 31,1955, and providing for a further allowance for delay in payment subsequent to said date and until judgment is paid at the rate of $68.45814 per day.
