Opinion
Appellant William Zabriskie ("Zabriskie") appeals his conviction of the class C felony of possession of a controlled substance, section 195.202, following a jury trial in the circuit court of Henry County, Missouri. Zabriskie was sentenced to eight years' imprisonment as a prior offender. On appeal, Zabriskie alleges that there was insufficient evidence to find that he possessed the methamphetamine in question.
