Opinion

In re Young, Robert T.; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review, stay; Parish of Washington, 22nd Judicial District Court, Div. “F”, No. 40823; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KW-86-1355.

Granted. It is ordered that the evidence concerning flight at the time of arrest be suppressed; the slight probative value is out-weighed by the potential prejudice. Cf. State v. Lee, 381 So.2d 792 (La.1980).
