PER CURIAM.

The -petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied on the authority of Ex parte Houston County, 435 So.2d 1268, 1271 (Ala.1983), Ex parte Fielder, 528 So.2d 325, 326 (Ala.1988), and Boykin v. Alabama, 395 U.S. 238, 89 S.Ct. 1709, 23 L.Ed.2d 274 (1969).

WRIT DENIED.
