Granted. The application for writ of certiorari filed on behalf of the State is granted. The court of appeal’s decision is reversed. The trial court decision denying defendant’s motion to quash the indictment is reinstated. LSA-C.Cr.P.art. 465; State v. Liner; 373 So.2d 121, 123 (La.1979).
