Opinion
In a single assignment of error, defendant-appellant Anthony Underwood appeals from the trial court's denial of his motion for credit for the 124 days he spent in confinement before his transfer to the Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. Underwood was arrested on April 30, 2003, and charged with possession of cocaine, in violation of R.C.
R.C.
Therefore, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
Further, a certified copy of this Judgment Entry shall constitute the mandate, which shall be sent to the trial court under App.R. 27. Costs shall be taxed under App.R. 24.
