PER CURIAM.

The State appeals an order dismissing the Information for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. For the reasons expressed in State v. Croy, 813 So.2d 993 (Fla. 1st DCA 2002), we REVERSE and REMAND for further proceedings consistent with the opinion in Croy.
